- Based on your responses in the form you fill out, you’ll receive an email from Vitalant within 24 hours with more information on your eligibility to donate convalescent plasma. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
- If you are eligible to donate convalescent plasma, the email you receive from Vitalant will outline any required documentation and next steps to get your appointment set up.
- If you are eligible, please reach out to us at the contact information provided in the email you receive as soon as possible so we can get your critical donation appointment set up.
